Understanding the Arte Access fee.

A small Arte Access fee applies per booking. This is separate from your artist's rate and covers everything Arte does on your behalf.

For bookings below PHP 5,000
PHP 250
Flat fee for lower-value bookings. Charged once per booking, on top of the artist's rate.
For bookings PHP 5,000 and above
5%
Percentage-based fee for higher-value bookings. Applied to the total booking amount.

FAQs

How much does it cost to book through Arte?
Arte Access applies per booking: PHP 250.00 for bookings below PHP 5,000.00, or 5% for bookings PHP 5,000.00 and above. This covers artist matching, coordination, and booking support, including last-minute changes.
Can I choose my artist?
Yes. Arte will send you artist options based on your preferences, budget, location, and schedule. You can choose from the recommended options.
What happens after I pay?
Once payment is confirmed, Arte secures your slot and connects you with the artist using the contact details you are comfortable sharing.
How do I contact the artist?
After payment, Arte will share contact details between you and the artist. The usual mode of communication is Messenger/Facebook.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, GoTyme, and bank transfers. An invoice with the full service breakdown and payment details will be sent after you’ve reviewed and agreed to the Terms of Service.
Can I request a specific look or peg?
Yes, you can include inspo photos, budget, style preferences, and personal requests in the booking form or DM. The more detail you share, the better we can match you with the right artist.
